Bekerja dengan kepala sekolah baru yang memiliki hobi online sungguh menyenangkan. beberapa hari yang lalu saya mendapat tugas untuk membuat penomoran agenda surat secara online. Dasar pemikirannya adalah setelah kelulusan kelas XII, biasanya banyak sekali anak-anak yang baru lulus minta legalisir ijazahnya. Tak jarang mereka minta untuk dilegalisir di rumah kepala sekolah pada saat sore atau malam hari. Maksud dari aplikasi ini adalah ketika ada anak meminta legalisir, kepala sekolah cukup melihat nomor agenda dari internet yang telah diinputkan oleh tata usaha, sehingga anak dapat dilayani tanpa menunggu besok paginya.
Kesulitan yang dialami oleh kepala sekolah kami adalah mengingat berapa nomor agenda surat yang terakhir. Dengan sedikit modifikasi script php, unduh di SINI. akhirnya berhasil juga dengan tampilan seperti dibawah ini, walaupun hanya sederhana, namun cukup memenuhi kebutuhan yang diperlukan
Cara kerjanya :
1. Staf tata Usaha menginputkan nomor agenda hari itu pada jam terakhir, sebelum pulang
2. di Rumah, jika ada orang legalisir cukup melihat data agenda secara online, karena input data agenda tersebut masuk ke database website sekolah
3. dengan demikian otomatis jika ada yang legalisir kepala sekolah juga harus menginputkan nomor urut agenda, begitu seterusnya.
catatan :
Hal ini dapat dilakukan jika kepala sekolah kita tidak gagap teknologi, dan memiliki koneksi internet yang cukup stabil
sekolah telah menyiapkan antena GSM untuk cadangan jika koneksi speedy gangguan
kepala sekolah memiliki smartphone yang bisa memantau secara online
